STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP

In an effort to encourage the students to perform better in academics, one (1) deserving students, SUMAN CHANDRA was awarded a Student Scholarship on July 19, 2009, wherein he was given a scholarship of Rs. 1000/- per month respectively for one full year starting from July 2009 to June 2010, assisting him in his higher studies.  The cheque was given to him by Immediate Past President Rtn. Ajit Kumar Sarawgi on the occasion of our 42nd Installation Meeting. Rotary Club of Purulia is always there to help the deserving.

Yes, it has created an opportunity for a poor but meritorious student to progress in his academic life.
