     Feeling the pain of others, understanding their need and making all efforts to fulfill that need is the hallmark of Rotary Club of Purulia. How sad it is, if a good student has to stop studying only because of lack of books. Rotary Club of Purulia saw this need and felt that five students should be assisted. All the meritorious students were given Academic Books Book Donation programme held on 06th July, 2008 to help them continue their studies in their respective Institutes. They later expressed their gratefulness to the club for this noble gesture.
