Rotary club of Purulia has always come forward to help fellow human beings in all possible ways. Like years in the past, 240 blankets were distributed to the needy adults & children in the village of Jaynagar and 160 blankets were distributed at Kashipur, in Purulia district on 14th December, 2008. More over 150 Bed cover were distributed among the people of Dabar Leprosy Ashram. This was done after a careful selection of very needy people, to support them who were fighting the cold waves in all braveness with nothing to protect themselves with. All the recipients showered blessings on the members for their noble endeavor.
